- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Available for select products, with delivery on the next business day (if ordered before 2:00 PM local time).

2. Shipping Costs

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us to inquire about availability.
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Box addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
8. Damaged or Missing Items

Be sure to include your order number and provide any relevant photos if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for undeliverable packages.
10. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the shipping address provided. If the package is left unattended and subsequently lost, we are not responsible for the loss.
